Our office visits start at 30 minutes giving you uninterrupted time to develop trust and feel like you are actually listened to unlike most other doctor offices who resort to rushing to judgement or simply refer you out. Because mental health conditions are typically characterized as chronic disorders with occasional exacerbations, a short-term, one-time treatment is usually not sufficient. For many, treatment is a long-term process that involves multiple interventions and regular monitoring.

Our mental health treatment includes assistance in finding and coordination with a licensed individual therapist as needed.
