If the physicians at Coldwater Direct Primary Care worked at any hospital, we would have to operate according to their rules, which means taking insurance. If you need inpatient care, you are free to go to any hospital of your choosing. Wherever you go, we will work closely with your inpatient care team to ensure a seamless transition back to our office with a post hospital office visit.

Does the membership cover legal services?
Legal services such as medical testimony are not included in the membership but are available.
Is this the same as concierge medicine?
No, it is not. Concierge medicine does some of the same things but uses what we call a retainer for their services. They charge you a retainer typically in the range of $2000 to sometimes $10,000 / year, but still charge your insurance company for any visits.
Does the membership include completing disability forms?
We do not participate with medical disability documents.
